Leonard Frost, P.C., a professional corporation, was established
August 5, 1976, and within a month became the first law firm with offices
in Dallas, Austin and Houston. The Firm soon added an office in Washington,
D.C.
The quality of the Firm's clientele requires that our attorneys assume responsibility for major matters within our areas of expertise. Our attorneys seek to serve our clients in an unselfish manner with a quality of professionalism that is nationally recognized. Our style of law practice emphasizes service by a senior expert with the knowledge and experience to address client needs quickly and successfully on a cost-effective basis. Our overhead costs are modest, enabling us to offer advice at rates significantly below those of big firms. We are open to alternative fee arrangements. Diversity of viewpoint has been critical to the development of our national perspective. The Firm includes graduates of the law schools of Georgetown, Michigan, New York University, Southern Methodist University and the University of Texas. The Firm engages in municipal and real estate finance and a general business practice, with specialties in corporate and government litigation, legislative and administrative law, government contracts and environmental and securities law. Our practice is national in scope. As part of that scope we have established proven working relationships with experienced lawyers or entities in such related fields as tax, intellectual property, administrative litigation, financial analysis, legislative liaison and a series of environmental niche areas, at the federal and state levels. These relationships allow us to mobilize additional expertise and resources in a seamless manner to provide clients reliable, integrated, cost-effective assistance that promptly meets their needs. |
